Skiptrace America's state-specific databases now provide complete coverage for all 50 States, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico. The current cost of conducting a fully nationwide search through Skiptrace America's Five Billion-plus (5,000,000,000+) records has been locked in at only ***ONE DOLLAR*** per search. Unlike state-level databases, this remarkable database allows interactive searching by ANY input criteria, including: - full or partial Corporation Name - full or partial Related Person's Name - full or partial Address. The Nationwide Corporations database is already a powerful tool for fraud prevention, asset location and background investigation, and is unavailable anywhere else, at any price. The unique linking features of this database allow the user to quickly identify owners and assets of businesses faster and more economically than with any other similar system. Archive Phones Cost: $0.50 per search; "No Hit - No Charge" "Archival Phones" is the result of a three year joint data acquisition project by Pallorium, Inc. and The Wingate Group. This database contains 16 - 24 years of telephone listings (depending on location), and provides nationwide coverage. (**) "Archival Phones" can be searched by : - Name or by a partial Name, by Address - Address or by a partial address - a 7-digit or 10-digit Telephone Number. This database now contains in excess of 2.3 Billion records. The current cost of conducting a fully nationwide search through Archive Telephone's 2.3 Billion records has been locked in at only .50 per search. And if a search results in a "no record found" response, there is absolutely no charge at all. This is the ultimate database for cracking cold cases, and is not available anywhere else, at any price. PhoneWhere Cost per search: FREE This database is provided to our subscribers as a free investigative utility, and identifies the correct City and State for any input telephone number. Also provided is the name of the Telephone Company servicing the input exchange, and the Central Office code for the input Telephone Number. Social Security Number (SSN) Traces Cost per search: $1.00 to $8.50 These databases provide access to all three (3) credit bureau's Social Security Number traces, and to an additional combined data file, PallTech's "Primary SSN Trace" and "Supplemental SSN Trace" databases. (Please see below for an overview of PallTech's "Primary Credit" database.) Input of a valid Social Security Number (typically) returns the corresponding Name(s), Address(es), age(s), telephone number(s) (not all bureaus), other significant data and active dates for each record. (***)   Name and Address (Credit Header) Traces Cost per search: $1.00 to $7.50 These databases provide access to all three (3) credit bureau's Name and Address (Credit Header) traces and to an additional combined database search, PallTech's "Primary Credit Header" and "Supplemental SSN Trace" databases. (See below). Input of a subject's Name and Address or P.O. Box (typically) returns the corresponding Social Security Number(s), Name(s), Address(es), age(s), telephone number(s) (not all bureaus), other significant data and active dates for each record. (in states where an S.S.N. is part of the record) - Full (or partial) Driver License Number As with all PallTech databases, all "Nationwide Drivers" searches are fully interactive, and a report is immediately generated on screen. In most cases, even if the subscriber is only searching in a single state, the cost of searching for a driver license record through PallTech's "Nationwide Drivers" database will be less expensive than directly searching via a state's database. This database can be searched by: - Full (or partial) Name - Full (or partial) Address - Full (or partial) V.I.N. - Full (or partial) License Plate As with all PallTech databases, all "Nationwide Vehicles" searches are fully interactive, and a report is immediately generated on screen. Each search returns (up to) 275 motor vehicle records. In most cases, even if the subscriber is only searching in a single state, the cost of searching for motor vehicle records through PallTech's "Nationwide Vehicles" database will be less expensive than directly searching via a state's database. Each search returns (up to) 275 vehicle index records, even if a state's DMV assesses an additional per record charge.   TeleGorilla   Cost per search: $1.00 by Telephone Number, $5.00 for alternate input criteria This amazing telephone database metasearch provides instant access to more than Eleven Billion current, archival and proprietary records containing business or residential telephone numbers. TeleGorilla includes a specialized combination of databases containing tens of millions of non-published numbers. Searching TeleGorilla is possible by: - Name - Address - Name and Address - Telephone Number This investigative metasearch provides a combined report of data from the following databases and sources: - Telco Update (daily updated data files received directly from all major telephone companies) - Skiptrace America (6 Billion individual reference data files, most containing telephone numbers) - BusinessFinder America (1,000,000,000 business data files, all containing telephone numbers) - Archive Phones (2.3 Billion archived telephone records) - Web Phones (a metasearch of 4 Billion websites and billions of Usenet "newsgroup" postings) - a listing of all telephone company exchanges and Central Offices. For example, a search for the name "Binladen" would -not- return a record, as there is no such surname in any of the compiled databases. However, a search for the name "Bin Laden" -would- return a record. This combined database is the first of four "Patriot Act" related databases that we anticipate opening during the next 90 days. (If you are in the insurance industry, we strongly urge you to read the recent U.S. Treasury publication, "Foreign Assets Control Regulations and the Insurance Industry", and take note of your legal obligation that "...the SDN's assets must be frozen immediately, before they can be removed...". He has developed and opened a new online service, DIOGENES, which for the past 3 months has undergone "BETA-testing" by 40 ION subscribers. Leroy Cook visited the DIOGENES facilities in New York and confirmed that Steve has invested heavily to establish these services. It is one of the first services designed specifically for Investigators... The BETA-test group has been running searches and no negative feedback has been received by the ION office. For a new information vendor, that's impressive. ISSI has several sources not available elsewhere plus all the regular stuff everyone else advertises. It is all legally obtained with no "grey area" whispering" ISSI, like DIOGENES, and the other services, were set up with Investigators in mind. "   Currently, more than eight hundred and fifty (550) distinct and unique databases can be accessed by the DIOGENES subscriber. Although most PallTech databases are now fully interactive, and provide real-time results, due to changes in State and federal law, and as the result of industry self-regulation, certain databases are now available only via investigative request. TO SUBSCRIBE TO DIOGENES AND PALLTECH

To subscribe to DIOGENES, Pallorium's online Investigative Support System, by completing an online application, simply press one of the blinking "SIGNUP" buttons found on this page. You will then be prompted to answer a series of questions, the most important of which will be a request for your Investigative Agency license number (or the equivalent) and it's expiration date. Applications typically take 24-72 hours to process, and upon verification of all of your input data and your completion of a DIOGENES User Agreement, a Pallorium representative will telephone you with passwords.

 

 

 

THE "INVESTIGATIONS" NEWSGROUP

For some time now, the need for a completely private, non-commercial and non-restrictive "newsgroup" for investigative professionals has been apparent. Most of the newsgroups hosted by "yahoogroups.com", and on similar commercial mailing list servers, gather the names and personal data of list subscribers, and make that data available for sale. Many mailing list servers also make subscriber's personal data available to the public or to other list subscribers, without the consent of the subscriber. Even worse, the contents of commercially hosted list postings are often available to the public, and are indexed and stored by major search engines such as "Google" and "Yahoo". Every message in which an Investigator asks for help - or offers help - every posting with case details, every suggestion containing investigative techniques and tips, every private discussion regarding investigative or privacy issues, is indexed, stored, and available for all time to the general public. It seemed clear that the investigative community needed a mailing list where messages are not stored or indexed on a commercial server, and where the general public does not have easy "search engine" access to the semi-private communications of investigative professionals. Pallorium, in cooperation with the National Association of Investigative Specialists (http://www.pimall.com/nais) has therefore established the "INVESTIGATION" newsgroup, which is hosted on our private servers. No copies of messages are stored for public access, and no investigative professional will be denied access. To subscribe to this newsgroup, simply point your browser to: http://www.peoplefinder.net/newsgroup.html. There is absolutely no charge to access or subscribe to this newsgroup. This newsgroup is closed to the general public, and restricted to Investigators, law enforcement officers, licensed collectors, professional skiptracers and similar professions. Postings must conform to appropriate professional and ethical standards, and gratuitous abuse of fellow list members - aka "flaming" - is strictly prohibited. Persistent spammers will be removed from the newsgroup.
